Our history

K&T Heating was formed in 1988 and is managed by founder Jim Day and Managing Director David Greenfield. We install, maintain and service gas and central heating systems throughout London and the surrounding counties. The majority of our work is undertaken for local authorities and housing associations.

Our customer contact centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing our clients and their customers with peace of mind should they need to simply book a service or report an emergency repair.

In October 2011 K&T Heating became part of the Lakehouse Group. As a result we are now part of a wider compliance offering which covers gas, fire, electrical, water and air compliance services.

Our people are professional. We have an enviable talent pool, and we are passionate about what we do. Our goal is to continue to grow but without losing our commitment and drive to make a positive impact on people’s lives and communities.
